Web applications built around the way you work
Spreadsheets, paper forms and WhatsApp groups only stretch so far. We build web applications that replace them: customer portals, internal tools and dashboards your team can use on any device.
The problem we solve
When off-the-shelf software does not fit
Most organisations start with generic tools and workarounds. That is sensible until the workarounds become the work: copying data between systems, chasing approvals in chat, and reports that take a day to put together.
A custom web application puts your process in one place, with the right people seeing the right information. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install, and it grows with you.
What you get
Software shaped around your process
Every application is different, but most of what we build falls into a few familiar shapes.
Customer and partner portals
Customers, students, patients or agents sign in to track orders, submit requests, download documents and pay, without calling your office.
Internal tools and workflows
Approvals, requests, inventory, field reports and case management, with roles, notifications and a record of who did what.
Dashboards and reporting
Live figures from your own data instead of a weekly spreadsheet, with exports your finance team can work with.
Payments and billing
Collect payments through Nigerian payment gateways, issue invoices and receipts, and reconcile them against your records.
Roles, permissions and sign-in
Separate access for staff, managers and external users, with multi-factor sign-in and single sign-on where you need it.
Support after launch
Monitoring, security updates, backups and a planned list of improvements, so the application keeps up as your organisation changes.
Built for real conditions
Designed for Nigerian networks, devices and teams
We test on the phones and connections your users actually have. Pages stay light, forms keep their drafts, and the important screens keep working when the connection drops for a moment.
- Mobile-first screens that work on an entry-level Android phone as well as a desktop
- Light pages that load quickly on mobile data and do not waste your users’ bundles
- Local payments and messaging through the gateways and SMS providers your customers already use
- Security by default: encrypted connections, hashed passwords, least-privilege access and audit logs
How it works
From idea to a working application
Short, visible stages, so you see progress early and can change direction before it becomes expensive.
Discover
We map the process, the users and the data, and agree what the first version must do. You get a written scope and quote.
Design
Clickable screens for the main journeys, tested with a few real users before we write production code.
Build
Two-week cycles, each ending with a working demo on a staging site you can try yourself.
Launch
Data moved in, staff trained, and the application released with monitoring and backups in place.
Support
Fixes, updates and improvements under a support plan, with a roadmap you control.
Tools and technology
Mainstream, well-supported technology
We choose widely used tools that other developers know, so you are never locked in to us.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom web application cost?
It depends on what the first version must do, how many kinds of user it has and what it connects to. After a short discovery we give you a written scope with a fixed price for that scope, or a monthly rate for an ongoing team. We do not quote blind.
How long does it take?
The timeline comes from the scope we agree in discovery. We plan a focused first version and show working software every two weeks, so you are never waiting months for a big reveal.
Who owns the code?
You do. For work you have paid for, the source code, designs and data belong to your organisation, and we hand over the documentation and access you need to run it with or without us.
Can you take over an application someone else built?
Yes. We start with a short review of the code, hosting and security, tell you what we find, and then agree a plan to stabilise and improve it.
Where will the application be hosted?
Wherever suits your data, budget and users: a reputable cloud provider, a Nigerian data centre or your own servers. We explain the trade-offs, including what the Nigeria Data Protection Act expects when personal data is stored outside Nigeria.
